Welcome

Hi my name is Jamie and I am mother of two, a wife, an artist and a chronic abdominal pain sufferer....or at least I used to be. In the following pages I will give you information on how I was able to eliminate digestive pain in a fairly simple, low cost method. These are my personal experiences and they may not work for every one. I am not a doctor, just a health enthusiast :)
Always check with your doctor before starting a new diet regimen. Although, I must say that attempting to cure yourself through dietary changes and the addition of a few supplements is a much easier solution than surgery or a life time on prescription drugs.


I am so pleased with how I feel these days. The low FODMAP diet really changed my life. I am able to eat most foods, but after doing the low FODMAP and keeping a food diary, I was able to pin point the ones that caused me the most problems. I now leave those foods out of my diet and I have had no pain for over two years. I am so fortunate to have found this diet and I feel that it is my duty to share it in the hopes that it might help others who suffer from digestive pain.
